Free ACT Deductive Reasoning test
Twenty Deductive Reasoning questions in the format of the British Army Cognitive Test: two rules and a question, then the answer.
- 20 questions
- 3 minutes
- Timed
What Deductive Reasoning looks like
You read two rules – for example “Sam is taller than Ali” and “Ali is taller than Kim” – and a question such as “Who is shortest?”. The screen clears and you choose the answer (Mindmill practice booklet).
Turn the rules into a picture: a line from tallest to shortest, first to last, heaviest to lightest. Use only the information you are given, never outside knowledge.
How this free test is set up
