By using the website you accept these terms. Using the website is free of charge and does not require registration.

The content of this website — descriptions of tests and selection processes, sample questions, timings and tips — is general information to help you prepare. It is not official guidance and not personal advice.
Test formats, timings, pass marks and entry requirements are set by the recruiting organisations and can change at any time. Always check the current details with the official source before your test.
3. Purchasing courses
You cannot buy anything on this website. Our practice courses are sold in our separate shop at plakos.co.uk.
A contract for a course is concluded only in the shop, under the shop’s terms and conditions and privacy notice, including any right of withdrawal described there. After purchase, access to the course is provided by Plakos GmbH. These terms of use do not govern the purchase.
4. No guarantee of success
Our courses and the information on this website are designed to help you prepare. We cannot guarantee that you will pass a test, reach a particular score or be selected. The result depends on your own performance and on the decisions of the recruiting organisation.
5. No affiliation
Uniformed Services Prep and Plakos GmbH are independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting on behalf of the British Army, the Ministry of Defence (MOD), the Royal Navy, the Royal Marines, the Royal Air Force, the Security Industry Authority (SIA), any police force, fire and rescue service, prison service, ambulance service, the Home Office or Border Force.
Our practice questions are our own. They are written to reflect the format of the real tests, but they are not taken from any official test.
6. Trademarks
All names, logos and trademarks of the organisations mentioned on this website belong to their respective owners. We use them only to describe which test or selection process our content relates to.
7. Copyright
The texts, questions, graphics and design of this website are protected by copyright. You may view them and print them for your own personal preparation. Any other use, in particular copying, publishing or selling our content, requires our prior written permission.
8. Links to third-party websites
The website contains links to external websites, for example official recruitment and government pages. We have no influence on their content and accept no responsibility for it. The respective provider is responsible for the content of linked pages. If we become aware of unlawful content on a linked page, we will remove the link.
9. Availability
We aim to keep the website available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, extend or remove content at any time.
10. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence we are only liable for breach of material obligations, and even then only up to the amount of the typical, foreseeable damage.

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection given by the mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you live.
The place of jurisdiction is Lübeck, provided that you are a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law.
